Our Low Flat Fees
We offer low flat fees with a flexible payment schedule for both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases. Like most attorneys, we require that our clients pay all their fees for a Chapter 7 before the case is filed. In some emergencies, we will help you out with part of the fee paid up front. In Chapter 13s, generally we ask for a portion of our fees to be paid before the case if filed and allow you to pay the balance though your debt repayment plan.
You can retain us for only $200. Many people feel a tremendous sense of relief just after taking to a bankruptcy lawyer. We can fully explore just how bankruptcy can improve your cash flow, protect your property, eliminate debt and get you back on track to a prosperous and successful future. You can feel confident knowing what kinds of debts you should be making payments for and which will be eliminated forever. Once you have this knowledge, we will work with you to set up a plan to pay our fees and file your case in the most stress free way possible.
While you pay your fees, you know you have an attorney to consult about the many decisions you need to make in the time leading up to bankruptcy. We will take calls from your creditors to confirm you have retained us. Many creditors will simply stop trying to collect the debt when they know you have started the bankruptcy process by hiring an attorney.
Once we set up a payment plan, we can agree on dates to run a debit card to make it easy for you. We can file your case if someone else pays your fees as well – just keep in mind that you will be our client, not the person paying our fees. As attorneys, our responsibility to protect you and keep your secrets is to you and not the person who paid your fees.
