Our Low Flat Fees in Bellevue

We offer low flat fees with a flexible payment schedule for both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases. Like most attorneys, we require that our clients pay all their fees for a Chapter 7 before the case is filed. In some emergencies, we will help you out with part of the fee paid up front. In Chapter 13s, generally we ask for a portion of our fees to be paid before the case if filed and allow you to pay the balance though your debt repayment plan.

Once we set up a payment plan, we can agree on dates to run a debit card to make it easy for you. We can file your case if someone else pays your fees as well – just keep in mind that you will be our client, not the person paying our fees.
