We make paying for our bankruptcy services as easy as possible. After our attorney goes into a detailed free consultation about your situation, we offer a flat fee. That means you will never worry about getting a bill for phone calls, calls from creditors or basic follow up with the court during and after your hearing.

We offer a convenient payment plan after our consultation. We can run a debit card on dates that are convenient to you. We will accept payment from someone who is in a position to help you with our fees but remember, you are our client so our responsibility would be to not that person.

We usually need our fees paid up front in a Chapter 7. In some emergency situations such as a garnishment we can negotiate a way to get your case filed before you have paid our fees. In a Chapter 13, we collect part of our fees up front and the rest is paid through your consolidation plan.
